As a key point of contact between production, shipping, and logistics, your accuracy and proactive attitude will directly impact on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. [Responsibilities]
- Receive raw materials and manage inventory using SAP ERP systems
- Prepare, package, and label finished goods for domestic and international shipment
- Schedule and coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch with carriers
- Generate and process shipping documents, including packing lists and bills of lading
- Accurately file export documentation via the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and paperwork for all outbound shipments
- Conduct routine physical inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of materials to prevent damage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material or shipment issues
- Maintain organized work areas and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
[Required Skills and Experience]
- High school diploma or GED with 2-3 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with SAP ByDesign
- Prior use of ACE/AES for export filings
