Warehouse Operator

We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to support day-to-day factory and warehouse operations. Under general supervision, this position will receive, handle, store, process system transactions, pick, pack, and dispatch materials while following established procedures and safety/quality standards.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have forklift experience.

• Receive incoming goods and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies against invoices.
• Sort, label, package, and store materials accurately and efficiently.
• Organize warehouse storage to optimize available space and material flow.
• Perform system transactions related to receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods based on written or verbal orders.
• Operate manual and automated material-handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Identify and control damaged or non-conforming materials.
• Perform quality checks and follow established work instructions and standard procedures.
• Maintain required production/warehouse cycle times and standards.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform routine housekeeping, equipment cleaning, and planned operator-care activities.
• Report safety hazards, injuries, incidents, and equipment issues promptly.
• Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively with warehouse teams, support teams, skilled trades, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, material flow, and employee development.
• Remain flexible and perform other duties as required to support business goals.
