Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Raichan Logistics Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our Mira Loma, CA facility. This full-time position offers $75,000–$85,000 per year. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, improve productivity, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams.
• Manage shipping and receiving activities.
• Monitor productivity and operational KPIs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and workflow.
• Enforce safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• High-volume distribution experience.
• Lean or continuous improvement knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience managing operational KPIs.
