We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Depew, NY to ensure the highest standards of quality and inventory accuracy. This hands-on role is essential to our daily operations, serving as the bridge between inventory management and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough QC checks and sort product to maintain quality standards.
- Inventory Auditing: Audit pick locations to verify accuracy for our order fillers.
- Order Processing: Manage quality checks for "Galley " orders (hybrid picked/offline items).
- Warehouse Excellence (6S): Lead and maintain 6S standards, including workspace organization and cleaning.
- Experience (REQUIRED): Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- WMS Knowledge (PREFERRED): Experience using a Warehouse Management System.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
- Adaptability: A fast learner who is comfortable handling changing priorities.
- Administrative Skills: Basic computer proficiency for reporting and documentation.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Role requires a mix of sitting (administrative/computer tasks) and active movement throughout the warehouse floor.
