Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, shipping, and receiving products while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This role supports daily order fulfillment operations, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to learn. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, the ability to work under deadlines, and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Job Duties:

  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify products against shipping documentation
  • Process outgoing UPS and LTL shipments accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare packages for shipment according to company standards
  • Ensure shipping documentation is complete and accurate
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
  • Order Fulfillment
  • Pick products accurately from warehouse inventory
  • Pack orders securely to prevent shipping damage
  • Verify item quantities and order accuracy prior to shipment
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
  • Inventory & Warehouse Operations
  • Retrieve products from shelving and storage locations of varying heights
  • Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment
  • Maintain clean, orderly, and safe warehouse areas
  • Follow established inventory control procedures
  • Team Support
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations team members
  • Meet order fulfillment deadlines during high-volume periods
  • Participate in training and process improvement initiatives
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
