    Warehouse Operations Associate

    Bradford, Pennsylvania | Full-Time | 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM

    At Allegheny Bradford, our warehouse team plays an important role in keeping materials moving, supporting production, and making sure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team and support a variety of warehouse, shipping, inventory, material handling, and transportation activities.

    What You'll Do

    As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will help keep our warehouse and logistics operations running safely and efficiently. You will have primary areas of responsibility while also being cross-trained to support other warehouse functions as needed.

    • Pick materials accurately for production work orders and customer sales orders.
    • Verify material quantities, locations, and accuracy before staging or shipment.
    • Transport, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
    • Prepare, package, and process customer shipments.
    • Assist with shipping documentation, shipment verification, order completion, and scheduling.
    • Perform intercompany deliveries and transportation activities as assigned.
    • Rotate driving responsibilities with other Warehouse Operations Associates based on business needs.
    • Ensure materials and products are transported safely and according to established schedules.
    • Maintain company vehicles and complete basic vehicle inspections.
    • Support cycle counts, inventory verification, material tracking, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
    • Assist with receiving, storage, material movement, and order fulfillment.
    • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, shortages, and other concerns.
    • Maintain organized and clean warehouse, shipping, and staging areas.
    • Work closely with warehouse, shipping, production, and operations teams to meet changing priorities.
    • Cross-train in material picking, shipping, transportation, and other warehouse functions to provide flexibility and departmental support.
    • Follow all company safety policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

    What You'll Need

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or material handling experience preferred.
    • Ability to accurately follow work orders, pick lists, shipping documents, and delivery schedules.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse and inventory systems.
    • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
    • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification preferred.
    • Experience with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems is a plus.
    • Ability to safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and handle materials.
    • Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, company vehicles, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
    • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and activity levels.
