Job Duties:

• Operate mill equipment to process and shape steel according to production requirements
• Monitor machinery during operation and make basic adjustments as needed
• Load and unload steel materials using cranes, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment
• Inspect materials for quality, dimensions, and defects
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and safety instructions
• Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical or safety issues
