A day in this role
Start your shift at 7:30 am in Imperial, PA, and wrap by 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You’ll keep materials moving, equipment humming, and orders flowing for America’s oldest independent wire and cable manufacturer—an employee-owned company where you’ll become a shareholder in the Employee Stock Ownership Trust.
Compensation & status
- $18.00/hour to start
- Temporary to Hire opportunity
- Benefits offered after the probationary period
What you’ll do
- Program and run computer-controlled spooling machines to meet production needs.
- Operate forklifts safely to move, stage, and load materials.
- Jump in on general warehouse duties as needed—receiving, picking, staging, and housekeeping.
What you bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of forklift experience.
- 1 year using basic hand tools.
- Comfort using computers for machine setup and basic data entry.
