| Position: Warehouse & Materials Supervisor Location: Lewis Center, OH 43035 (Onsite) Employment Type: Direct Hire Job Description • Leading and managing warehouse and materials processes. • Coaching and developing team members while staying hands-on. • Overseeing inventory control, material movement, and warehouse organization • Leading shipping and receiving operations • Responsibilities: Core Values Champion: Model and promote company values in every decision and interaction. Team Development: Mentoring and holding the team accountable for performance and process adherence. • Operational Excellence: Ensure and participate in accurate material movement, staging, clocking, issuing and closing orders in M2M; correct errors and provide coaching. • Organize warehouse layout and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits. • Oversee and conduct staging, job order picking, packing standards, and timely material flow. • Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency through technology adoption and process enhancements. • Logistics & Cost Control: Coordinate freight movement, negotiate carrier contracts, and troubleshoot shipping/receiving issues to prevent recurrence. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional customer service. • Compliance & Safety: Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to all company policies, ESD/PPE procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Other duties as assigned. Experience • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management. • Prior experience in a hands-on supervisory or lead role; proven ability to coach and develop team members. • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (experience with M2M or similar preferred). Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving processes, and warehouse organization. Preferred Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements. Comfortable with technology adoption and continuous improvement initiatives. Physical & Other Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment. • Commitment to safety and compliance with PPE and ESD standards. • Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future. • Must pass federal-level background check and drug screening upon offer.
