Warehouse Materials Flow Coordinator
Where: Amarillo, TX
Pay: $18.00/hour to start

Join a team that keeps production humming. If you enjoy organizing, problem-solving, and working with a close-knit crew, this role puts you at the center of material movement from receipt to shipment.
What You’ll Do
- Pull & Kit Parts: Use pick lists to locate and verify items (part numbers, quantities, specs) and stage them for production.
- Manage Inventory: Receive, store, and arrange incoming goods; perform cycle counts; help reconcile discrepancies; flag low stock to leaders.
- Fulfill Orders: Support assembly with needed components; package, label, and prepare outbound shipments; hit timelines with accuracy.
- Record & Check: Log movements and transactions in warehouse software; inspect parts for quality and correctness; escalate issues fast.
- Keep It Tidy: Maintain a clean, efficient workspace using 5S and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate: Communicate with leads, supervisors, and teammates to remove roadblocks.
- Pitch In: Stage materials, receive raw materials into inventory, and handle other assigned tasks.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Warehouse/manufacturing experience is a plus, not a must.
- Can read/interpret work instructions and specifications.
- Comfortable with hand and power tools.
- Detail-driven, accurate, team-oriented communicator.
- Read, write, and speak English.
Physical & Equipment
- Frequent hand use; regular standing, walking, reaching, and some sitting.
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Operate a forklift safely and keep required certifications current.
