Your Impact
- Execute put-away, replenishment, picks, and transfers with accuracy.
- Retrieve product from double-deep rack locations efficiently.
- Load/unload trailers while safeguarding inventory accuracy.
- Use RF scanners and a WMS to record each transaction.
- Complete pre-shift inspections; report service needs promptly.
- Uphold all safety rules and productivity expectations.
- Maintain an orderly, clean work area.
- Pitch in on other warehouse priorities as assigned.
Must-Have Experience
- Minimum 2 years recent operation of the three key assets listed above.
- Previous warehouse/distribution center experience.
- Forklift certification preferred; RF/WMS experience a plus.
- Detail-focused, safety-driven, and consistently reliable attendance.
Physical & Other Requirements
- Comfortably lift 50–75 lbs.
- Must pass a forklift skills evaluation.
- Reliable transportation to the Byhalia, MS site.

- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).
