A day in the life in Streetsboro, OH 44241

Step onto the floor as our Warehouse Material Handling Specialist and set the pace for a productive shift. You’ll start with a quick safety check, organize your area, and then move into the rhythm of the warehouse—lifting and relocating heavy goods (up to 65 lbs), staging pallets, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks to keep materials flowing. You’ll team up with coworkers to load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, spot-check inventory, and leave the space cleaner than you found it.

Your daily impact

• Manually lift, carry, and position heavy items throughout the warehouse with safety top of mind.
• Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and accurately.
• Keep aisles, racks, and stations neat, orderly, and hazard-free.
• Follow established safety rules and procedures at all times.
• Work closely with teammates to hit daily throughput and quality goals.
• Help with cycle counts, inventory checks, and stock organization.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in warehouse work or heavy lifting is a plus.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 65 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Keen attention to detail and the discipline to follow directions precisely.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Working knowledge of safe material handling practices.
• Flexibility to work overtime when operations require it.
