Warehouse Associate

Shift:Monday Friday | (6:00 AM 2:30 PM) or (2:30 - 11:00 PM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, material movement, picking, packing, and shipping activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory transactions, maintaining warehouse organization, and supporting production while following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials.
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and shipment.
- Process stock transfers, material requests, and inventory transactions using the ERP system.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch wrappers (with appropriate training/certification).
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using root cause analysis.
- Assist with de-crating, KTE cart picking, and other warehouse material movement activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and material flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures, GMP, ISO standards, and FDA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and provide on-the-job training to new associates when needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform inventory counting and maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport materials safely in a warehouse environment.
- Willingness to follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
