Job Description
As the Warehouse Manager you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment. Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols. Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and support company objectives. Manage and train a warehouse team across numerous shifts. This role is onsite and based near Upland, CA.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Warehouse Manager should have: Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience managing a warehouse for a high volume and fast paced food manufacturer or distributor. Bachelors degree is preferred. Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations. Ability to develop and implement process improvements. Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards. Must be fluent in Spanish and English. This role is onsite and based near Upland, CA.
