Warehouse Manager – Monmouth Cards
Location: Tinton Falls, NJ (In-Warehouse, Full-Time)

Monmouth Cards is looking for a
Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our warehouse. This role is perfect for someone with

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize inventory tracking, shipping, and receiving.
- Ensure all orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Work closely with the retail and e-commerce teams to keep inventory levels accurate.
- Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Use warehouse management software to track stock levels and streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- Warehouse management experience, preferably in retail, collectibles, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Experience with warehouse management systems, barcode scanning, and Excel.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining efficiency and organization.
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sports trading cards is a plus but not required.
