The Warehouse Manager will oversee the efficient management and organization of warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipment processing, order fulfillment, fleet management, and staff supervision. This role ensures products are properly stored, orders are accurately prepared and shipped on time, and warehouse operations consistently meet safety, quality, and customer service standards. The Warehouse Manager will also collaborate with other departments to improve overall operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

• 
  Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
  
• 
  Fleet Management: Oversee drivers and fleet vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation operations.
  
• 
  Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain accurate documentation for all shipments and inventory transactions.
  
• 
  Team Management: Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to promote productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
  
• 
  Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse while enforcing company safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• 
  Logistics Coordination: Partner with logistics and other departments to ensure timely deliveries, address shipping issues, and optimize workflow.
  
• 
  Customer Service: Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable warehouse and logistics operations that consistently meet customer needs.
  
• 
  Reporting: Generate and review operational reports, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve warehouse efficiency and performance.
  

Qualifications

• 
  High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus.
  
• 
  3–5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably within the food, beverage, distribution, or related industry.
  
• 
  Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and inventory management skills.
  
• 
  Experience with warehouse management systems and ERP software.
  
• 
  Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, procedures, and regulations.
  
• 
  Forklift certification required.
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
