WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics Monitor the work of employees to ensure that orders for the week have been picked, packed and shipped on time Manage warehouse inventory Conduct inventory cycle counts Upkeep warehouse machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks Ensure all warehouse employees follow company s procedures at all times Work with LTL companies to arrange trailers for shipping Coordinate international containers for off loading Maintain employee schedules Required Skills / Abilities: Must have experience working with barcoding and handheld scanners. Forklift experience Previous supervisor experience preferred Must be able to read and interpret documents High attention to details Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
