We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations for a busy distribution location in Pompano Beach.
This is an excellent opportunity for a warehouse professional who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team, keeping inventory moving, and making sure operations run efficiently. The environment is fast-paced and high-volume, so we’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and ready to take ownership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and workflow
- Manage shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Ensure orders are picked and prepared accurately and efficiently
- Oversee proper loading, unloading, and product placement
- Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Support customer pickups and ensure orders are ready when needed
Team Leadership
- Supervise a warehouse team of approximately 3–8 employees
- Coordinate daily assignments and staff scheduling
- Train, coach, and support warehouse team members
- Set clear expectations for productivity, accuracy, safety, and service
- Keep the team organized during high-volume and peak-season periods
- Lead from the front and step in wherever needed
Inventory & Order Management
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and product placement
- Use RF scanners and inventory systems to process and track products
- Monitor order accuracy and help resolve discrepancies
- Work closely with store leadership and internal departments to coordinate customer orders
- Support efficient receiving and restocking processes
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Previous warehouse leadership, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in a distribution, wholesale, parts, equipment, retail warehouse, or similar high-volume environment
- Forklift experience required; certification is a plus
- Experience using RF scanners / scan guns
- Basic computer skills, including email, inventory systems, and order processing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a small warehouse team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Must be willing to work alternating Saturdays
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak season, particularly during summer months
- Must be able to work 100% on-site in Pompano Beach
