TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a growing pharmaceutical and clinical supply organization. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliant warehouse operations within a GDP/GxP-regulated environment while supporting the storage, handling, and global distribution of pharmaceutical products and clinical trial materials.

Summary

The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, inventory management, regulatory compliance activities, and distribution processes. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product integrity, cold-chain compliance, inventory accuracy, and inspection readiness while leading warehouse personnel and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong pharmaceutical or life sciences distribution experience and a thorough understanding of GDP/GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities

  • Manage lot tracking, FEFO/FIFO inventory rotation, and expiration monitoring

  • Oversee segregation and management of quarantine, released, and rejected inventory

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and routine audits

  • Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels

  • Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, GxP, FDA, and company quality standards

  • Maintain warehouse SOPs, work instructions, training records, and operational documentation

  • Support internal audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections

  • Partner with Quality Assurance to investigate deviations and implement CAPAs

  • Ensure proper handling and storage practices for pharmaceutical and clinical materials

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipment activities

  • Manage validated shipping solutions, courier services, and freight providers

  • Ensure accurate shipment documentation including chain of custody records, Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), and import/export documentation

  • Monitor distribution performance to ensure client and study timelines are met

  • Collaborate with supply chain and customer teams to resolve shipping issues and improve service levels

  • Ensure employees are trained on SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Monitor performance metrics and drive operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics leadership experience in a regulated environment

  • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical supply, medical device, or related industries

  • Strong knowledge of GDP, GMP, and GxP regulations

  • Experience managing inventory control, lot traceability, and regulated product distribution

  • Understanding of cold-chain logistics and temperature-sensitive product handling

  • Experience supporting audits, inspections, and quality management systems

  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
