In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of our facility, specialized equipment, and commercial vehicle fleet. Your mission is to ensure our production teams are fully equipped, stocked, and prepared to deliver exceptional service to our clients at a moment's notice.

If you are a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a mechanical mindset, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Management & Asset Tracking

Clean, test, and perform routine maintenance or minor repairs on specialized restoration equipment (e.g., air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers).

Maintain strict quality control; immediately tag, remove from service, and log damaged equipment for repair.

Inventory Control & Purchasing

Oversee inventory levels for consumables, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), cleaning agents, and chemical supplies.

Conduct regular audits and manage the re-ordering process to eliminate shortages and ensure uninterrupted job-site operations.

Warehouse & Fleet Operations

Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse layout to maximize operational efficiency.

Conduct and log daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the franchise’s vehicle fleet to verify cleanliness, stock levels, and mechanical readiness.

Production & Logistics Support

Coordinate with Project Managers and Crew Chiefs to accurately stage equipment and materials prior to team deployments.

Support overall franchise operations by assisting office staff or occasionally aiding on-site restoration teams during peak volume periods.

Qualifications & Requirements

Organizational Excellence: A process-driven mindset with a strong commitment to facility cleanliness, order, and safety.

Mechanical Aptitude: Basic proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing small engines, pumps, and mechanical equipment.

Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and navigate varied physical environments (e.g., attics, crawl spaces).

Licensing: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Experience: Prior experience in logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, or a related trade is highly preferred.
