    The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, staff supervision, and ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations. This role ensures that products are stored, handled, and distributed accurately and efficiently.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
    • Manage and maintain accurate Inventory Management
    • Supervise warehouse staff, schedules, and productivity
    • Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
    • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
    • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams
    • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
    • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
    • Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance
     
    Qualifications
    • Previous warehouse or logistics experience
    • Supervisory or management experience preferred
    • Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse procedures
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills
    • Ability to lift and move heavy items when needed
    • Familiarity with Forklift and warehouse equipment is a plus
