Our Hot Springs, AR location is currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and support our growing team.Position: Warehouse ManagerAs a Warehouse Manager at CRBS, you will oversee all warehouse operations to ensure products are received, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an organized, motivated professional who enjoys leading a team, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service to both customers and coworkers.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations and staff.Oversee the safe receiving, storage, loading, and unloading of materials.Maintain accurate inventory and ensure an organized warehouse.Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.Coordinate warehouse activities to support customer orders and deliveries.Monitor productivity and implement process improvements.Collaborate with branch manager to ensure operational success.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of warehouse leadership or management experience.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).Knowledge of building materials and millwork products is a plus.Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 80 pounds.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Schedule:Monday – Friday8–10 hour shifts (flexible depending on business needs)Overtime as neededCompensation & Benefits:Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 per hourBenefits include:Paid holidays, vacation, and sick daysHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHSA/FSA plans401(k) with company match (after 90 days) Company-paid short-term disability and core life insuranceVoluntary life insurance and long-term disabilityIf you're a motivated leader who takes pride in operational excellence, values teamwork, and enjoys creating an efficient, safe warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you.
