This standalone role is ideal for a self -starting operator who can personally execute day -to-day inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound activitie s while creating practical processes that support multiple business flows. Job Opening www.mvg -world.com | careers@mvg -world.com Page 2 Responsibilities - Lead the physical organization of warehouse stock, including inbound reception, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping activities. - Manage and integrate inventory flows for US project management operations, service and maintenance activities, and stock transferred from the Atlanta facility. - Develop and implement clear IT and physical warehousing processes, including SOP documentation and communication to relevant teams. - Optimize warehouse layout, stock accuracy, and daily workflows through hands -on execution and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with Finance and the VP of Operations to finalize, sort, clean up, and reconcile the Atlanta inventory transfer. - Ensure accurate inventory control by planning, preparing, and conducting annual inventory counts and investigating discrepancies. - Manage the contribution of one partially assigned team member and escalate capacity needs when additional support is required. Requirements - Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, or a closely related logistics function. - Strong hands -on mentality with willingness and ability to perform physical warehouse work, including lifting, moving stock, organizing racks, and operating equipment where required. - Demonstrated ability to work independently in a standalone or small -team environment and drive results without extensive support staff. - Strong organizational and problem -solving skills, including experience setting up physical warehouse layouts and documenting SOPs. - Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross -functional and off -site teams such as Operations, Finance, and IT. - Experience planning and conducting large -scale inventory counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations. Nice to Have - Hands-on experience with SAP Business ByDesign. - Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. - Experience integrating inventory after a warehouse transfer or facility consolidation.
