Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and distribution processes
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and operations
- Identify inefficiencies and assist in implementing process improvements to optimize warehouse productivity
- Strong computer skills to use inventory management system and Microsoft email
- 5+ years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS)
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a high-volume environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance requirements
- Hazardous material shipping certification a plus
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Experience with Freestyle MOM system or Odoo a plus
- Ability to start immediately a plus
