Excellent career opportunities, growth, and compensation package.Our client is a well established and high growth food manufacturer based in Victorville, CA.Job DescriptionAs the Warehouse Manager - Food you will oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment. Coordinate shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely deliveries. Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff across multiple shifts to maintain high performance. Ensure compliance with food safety and industry standards. Monitor and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety. Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory, shipping, and operational performance. Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics operations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team across several shifts. Must have extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards. Proficiency in inventory management systems and reporting tools. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments. A Bachelors degree in a related field is preferable. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Ability to work across several shifts when necessary. This role is onsite based in Victorville, CA.What's on OfferAs the Warehouse Manager - Food you will receive a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000.
