Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping.
- Coordinate workflow, staffing, and daily operational priorities.
- Monitor productivity, order accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain inventory control and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and overall performance.
- Communicate with management regarding staffing, production goals, and operational needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse management experience required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish desired.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
