    We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our Columbus, Ohio operation. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse and delivery functions and lead a team of approximately 7 employees, including warehouse and CDL drivers.

    This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys developing people, keeping operations organized, solving problems, and working alongside the team to ensure our customers receive the service they expect.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and delivery team, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, productivity, and customer service.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 7 warehouse employees and CDL drivers while fostering teamwork and accountability.
    • Oversee receiving, order fulfillment, loading, shipping, and delivery activities to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
    • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and proper warehouse procedures.
    • Coordinate delivery routing and scheduling to maximize efficiency and provide excellent customer service.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, DOT requirements, and applicable regulations.
    • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, productivity, organization, and workflow.
    • Partner closely with sales, purchasing, and other departments to resolve issues and support the needs of our customers.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
    • Be willing to step in and assist the team when operational needs require it.
    Requirements:
    •  2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or similar environment.
    • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Solid understanding of warehouse, inventory, distribution, and logistics processes.
    • Comfortable using warehouse technology and computer systems, including ERP and RF scanning systems.
    • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • HVAC or wholesale distribution experience preferred, but not required.
    • Forklift certification preferred.
    • Class A CDL is a plus.
