    Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation at their Chardon headquarters. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that successful warehouse management is about much more than moving product — it’s about inventory accuracy, efficient shipping and receiving, organization, dependable deliveries, and keeping everything running smoothly.

    What You'll Do

    • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and product movement.
    • Manage inventory by pulling product, replenishing stock, and helping maintain inventory accuracy.
    • Prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL carriers.
    • Utilize UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping systems.
    • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and palletizing/shrink-wrapping equipment.
    • Coordinate and complete local deliveries and pickups using a company vehicle.
    • Make regular deliveries to the Stow and Toledo areas.
    • Transport materials between the Chardon headquarters and the company's Concord overflow warehouse as needed.
    • Handle occasional emergency deliveries and pickups.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
    • Perform basic warehouse maintenance and ensure the facility is properly stocked and maintained.
    • Work independently and take ownership of the warehouse's daily operations.

    What We're Looking For

    We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of warehouse experience who has demonstrated stability and progression in their work history.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
    • A strong track record of reliability and long-term employment.
    • Forklift and pallet jack experience.
    • Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and/or LTL shipping.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
    • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • A hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of the operation.
    • A clean background and professional work history.

    Compensation & Benefits

    $60,000–$65,000 starting salary, based on experience and qualifications.

    Benefits include:
