Part-Time Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure our field technicians have the materials and equipment they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of security, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control equipment.
- Prepare materials and equipment for scheduled installation projects.
- Track inventory usage and reorder supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers and field technicians to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Load and unload deliveries.
- Manage tool check-in/check-out and keep records of company equipment.
- Assist with shipping, returns, and warranty items.
- Perform periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or inventory management experience required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with low-voltage, electrical, security, or construction materials is highly preferred.
Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 15–20 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday
