    Description

    The Deamer Group is excited to partner with TISAS Arms Corp. The organization is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversees daily warehouse operations for TISAS Arms Corp, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role ensures accurate inventory records, efficient workflows, and full compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards for a firearms-industry warehouse.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment
    • Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise warehouse staff; provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching
    • Ensure full compliance with all applicable safety standards and firearms-industry regulatory requirements for storage and handling
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and audits
    • Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
    • Monitor warehouse layout, equipment, and organization to maximize efficiency and safety
    • Track key performance metrics such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, and inventory turnover
    • Manage relationships with vendors and shipping carriers

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of warehouse management experience, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or a regulated industry
    • Prior experience with Microsoft Business Central
    • Experience with inventory management or warehouse management system (WMS) software
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
    • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards; firearms industry experience a plus
    • Ability to work effectively in a compliance-driven environment
