You can learn more about us at our company website!We are hiring immediately for a Full-Time Warehouse Manager. This is a new position we are bringing into our Carpet Garage Bismarck location. This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations while also assisting with jobsite measurements, project coordination, freight, and other operational needs.The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help keep projects and daily operations running smoothly.Primary Duties Include:Oversee and manage daily warehouse operationsTravel to customer jobsites to perform accurate flooring measurementsCheck projects and assist with project coordinationServe as a runner for materials, supplies, and other project needsReceive, unload, organize, and transfer freightAnswer phones and assist customers and team members as neededMaintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouseAssist with general building and grounds maintenanceWork with the Store Manager to address performance concerns of other warehouse associates Perform additional duties as needed based on business needsSchedule:Monday – Friday: 8 AM to 5 PMOne Saturday per monthAveraging 40 hours per weekPrevious warehouse, flooring, measuring, or management experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn.
