Warehouse Manager - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. This role plays a critical part in supporting production schedules, maintaining warehouse organization, and driving operational excellence.

• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Lead and train a bilingual team to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline logistics and supply chain functions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock management.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.

• 5-10+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or production operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material flow processes.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability, execute priorities, and achieve operational goals.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, Lean principles, or process optimization is preferred.
• DOT HAZMAT and RCRA training/certification preferred.
• Forklift certification and experience in a manufacturing environment are a plus.
