Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an organized warehouse manager to supervise thereceipt, dispatching, and storage in our warehouse. The warehouse manager willoversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance,sanitation, and administrative functions. You will manage, train, evaluate andreward staff. You will ensure the maintenance of the company’s and the client'sassets.

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

·Overseeing receiving, warehousing, anddistribution operations.

·Implementing operational policies andprocedures.

·Implementing and overseeing securityoperations.

·Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouseequipment.

·Ensuring the safety of staff.

·Motivating and disciplining staff.

·Maintaining documentation and keeping accuraterecords of warehouse activities.

·Maintaining awareness and knowledge of thecondition and location of fleet vehicles.

·Assisting with deliveries where required.

Requirements

Requirements:

·3+ years of warehouse management experience.

·Excellent understanding of warehousemanagement procedures.

·Proficient knowledge of inventory andinventory controls.

·Valid driver’s license.

·Ability to operate forklift effectively.

·Proficient computer skills.

·Outstanding communication skills, both writtenand verbal.

·Outstanding leadership, organizational,multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

·Strong people skills.

·Available to work extended hours.
