What You'll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and order fulfillment.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and develop warehouse employees while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Oversee domestic and international shipments, coordinating carriers, freight schedules, and transportation logistics.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including on-time delivery, shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage warehouse organization, space utilization, inventory labeling, and efficient material flow.
• Lead cycle counting programs, investigate inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, workplace safety procedures, and forklift operating standards.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures to increase efficiency, consistency, and productivity.
• Coordinate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and international trade requirements.
• Manage returned goods, outside processing transactions, service orders, and intercompany shipments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in freight, warehouse operations, and material handling.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, customer service, and other departments to support business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, operational efficiency, and employee development.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of domestic and international logistics coordination experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing warehouse transactions, shipping documentation, and carrier scheduling.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial distribution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using ERP or MRP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with OSHA compliance, forklift safety programs, and warehouse safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• A proactive, results-driven leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
• Conversational Spanish or German is also an asset.

Additional Position Details

This position works in both office and manufacturing environments and requires regular interaction with warehouse operations. Candidates should be comfortable working around industrial equipment, moving machinery, and typical manufacturing conditions.

Occasional schedule flexibility and travel of up to 10% may be required.
