Warehouse Lumper
We are seeking hardworking and enthusiastic individuals for a Warehouse Lumper position in Youngstown, Ohio. If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy physical work, this could be a great opportunity for you.
This role involves supporting warehouse operations for a local client. As a Warehouse Lumper, you will operate a pallet jack or stand-up tow motor, unload inbound trucks, stack products onto pallets, and assist walk-up customers by picking and loading orders. This position is physically demanding and requires constant movement, including walking most of your shift and lifting items throughout the day. The work environment includes areas with varied temperatures, from refrigerated spaces (34°F) to freezers (-10°F). Join us if youre ready to work hard and stay active!

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 06:00 a.m. 02:30 p.m.
Pay:
$14.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a good understanding of the warehouse layout and inventory placement
Operate all power industrial equipment safely while moving throughout the facility
Unload pallets of freight from inbound trucks
Hand stack items at varying heights, weights, and quantities in different temperature zones
Pick items for customer orders at various heights and weights
Move in a full range of physical activities including bending and lifting from 1 to 75 lbs., up to 90 lbs. on occasion
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Physically fit and able to move about constantly, lift items frequently throughout the shift manual labor position
Able to read, write, and communicate effectively regarding safety and job tasks
Basic math skills for handling inventory and orders
Ability to work in refrigerated environments for 8 or more hours
Certification to operate a pallet jack (or ability to obtain)
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with warehouse equipment and pallet handling
Prior forklift or pallet jack certification
Preferred Education and Experience:
No specific education required; previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in cold storage environments
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., with occasional lifts up to 90 lbs.
