Warehouse Logistics Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor – Grand Prairie, TX | $34/hour

Job Summary:
Humano is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team at [Facility/Client Name] in Grand Prairie, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build a strong team, keep operations running safely and efficiently, and help grow the site. The position pays $34 per hour. It starts on one shift, and the site could expand to two shifts if we add loading operations, which could start within 60–90 days.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable to productivity and safety goals
• Experience with receiving, unloading, loading, inventory, and warehouse workflows
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with computers, reports, and warehouse or timekeeping systems
• Forklift and equipment experience preferred
• Able to work a flexible schedule as the site grows
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse associates on your shift
• Oversee daily operations, including unloading, receiving, and staging
• Help launch and staff loading operations if the site expands to two shifts
• Track productivity, attendance, and performance, and coach associates to meet goals
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Partner with the client, site leadership, and recruiting to meet staffing needs
• Interview candidates and support new hire onboarding and orientation
