Warehouse Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor for our Multi-shift operation in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities, manage inventory levels, ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, and supervise a team of warehouse associates.

Additional Information:

• Full-time | Monday?Friday
• $75,000 - $80,000 annual salary DOE + 10% discretionary bonus.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and best practices.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities
• Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Implement and maintain warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Optimize warehouse layouts to ensure efficient space utilization.
• Enforce safety and security protocols within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall warehouse operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
