Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Manage shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize warehouse space and workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve any logistics-related issues.
• Utilize warehouse management software to track shipments and manage inventory data.
• Assist in training new staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
