This position combines office responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety throughout their day.You'll work closely with technicians, managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure materials, equipment, and information are where they need to be when they need to be there.What You'll DoInventory & Purchasing CoordinationCreate and manage purchase ordersProcess material requests from field techniciansMonitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishmentResearch parts availability, pricing, and vendor optionsTrack incoming shipments and verify order accuracyMaintain organized inventory records and documentationFleet & Equipment AdministrationSchedule and track vehicle maintenanceMaintain fleet registration and compliance recordsManage company vehicle keys and documentationTrack company tools, equipment, and asset assignmentsAssist with GPS and fleet management systemsMaintain accurate equipment inventory recordsOperational & Administrative SupportServe as a primary resource for warehouse-related inquiriesSupport technicians and managers with inventory needsProcess permits, paperwork, and operational documentationCoordinate occasional deliveries and material pickupsAssist with special projects and process improvementsMaintain organized records and filing systemsWarehouse SupportHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouseReceive, organize, and stock incoming materialsAssist technicians with parts and equipment distributionSupport daily warehouse workflow and operationsHelp ensure materials are readily available for scheduled jobsWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications2+ years of administrative, warehouse, or operations experiencePrior experience in the HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home service industryStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and follow-throughProficiency with computers and data entryAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred QualificationsExperience with ServiceTitan or similar field service softwarePurchasing, inventory, or warehouse management experienceExperience supporting field service operationsStrong customer service and vendor communication skillsPositive attitude and team-first mindset
