Description:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve performance objectives.
Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met.
Ensure the accuracy of inventory transactions, cycle counts, and stock levels.
Monitor and enforce warehouse safety practices, OSHA requirements, and company policies.
Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate operational goals and expectations.
Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and operational issues.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards.
Prepare reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and inventory metrics.
Collaborate with management, transportation providers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
