Location: Fremont, CA 94555
Pay Rate: $25 $28.57/hour + 15% shift differential
Schedule: Monday Friday | 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Duration: 6-month contract, with extension probable
Support warehouse, inventory, and material movement operations in a regulated environment. This role includes order picking, packing, staging, cycle counts, documentation, and material handling.
Pick, pack, stage, weigh, and load orders using RF scanners.
Prepare shipping and inventory documentation.
Perform daily cycle counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.
Replenish warehouse supplies and maintain assigned work areas.
Operate pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, strapping machines, conveyors, and other warehouse equipment.
Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy records.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and audit-ready.
Follow SOPs, Work Instructions, GMP requirements, and safety procedures.
Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement activities.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of GMP warehouse experience required.
Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory processes.
Ability to follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and safety requirements.
Basic computer, data-entry, and math skills.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation required for work at multiple warehouse locations.
Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.
Ability to regularly lift 20 pounds and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds with assistance.
