Based in Adkins, Texas, we are growing rapidly and take pride in building a strong team to support our manufacturing operations.Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and bilingual Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support our Warehouse Coordinator in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse operation. This role combines hands-on forklift operation with inventory management, material handling, warehouse organization, and occasional delivery support. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the company, with potential advancement opportunities into a Warehouse Coordinator role.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in receiving, organizing, and storing materials, tools, and consumables.Safely operate forklifts ranging from 6,000 to 35,000 lbs (LP and diesel) to move, load, unload, and organize materials.Separate materials by work order and ensure proper identification, staging, and placement.Support inventory control by conducting cycle counts, maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels, and updating inventory records.Track and assist with the return and follow-up of borrowed tools and equipment.Prepare shipments and coordinate with logistics providers as needed.Operate company vehicles, including Ford F-250 trucks and 18-foot trailers, for occasional deliveries, pickups, and transportation of materials.Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials during delivery routes.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the warehouse and yard areas.Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.Assist with additional warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.Required QualificationsAuthorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or legal work status required).Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record required.Experience in warehouse operations and material handling.Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment.Valid forklift operator certification preferred (company training available for the right candidate).Experience driving Ford F-250 trucks and towing 18-foot trailers preferred.Ability to safely operate pickup trucks and trailers for occasional deliveries.Experience securing loads and transporting materials safely preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong work ethic and safety-focused mindset.Physical RequirementsLift up to 70 lbs without assistance.Stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods.Climb on and off forklifts, trucks, and trailers as needed.Work outdoors or in environments with heat, dust, and noise.Consistent use of PPE as required by OSHA standards.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay: $18.50 per hour (W-2 employment).Stable, full-time employment.Three-day weekend every week.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company, including potential progression into a Warehouse Coordinator role.Why Join UsThis is your opportunity to join a growing company where safety, organization, teamwork, and professional development are priorities.
