The Role

As a Warehouse Loader and Unloader, you are the muscle behind the schedule. You will move freight on and off trailers and containers, keep the floor organized, and help the whole operation run without a hitch. This is a steady Monday through Friday role built to last, not a short stint, and overtime shows up often for anyone who wants the extra hours.

What You Will Do

• Load and unload freight from trailers and containers by hand, safely and efficiently
• Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Handle physical work that includes lifting, bending, and standing for a full shift
• Keep your work area clean and safe for the whole team
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates throughout the shift

What It Takes

• Bilingual required, fluent in Spanish and English, or a native Spanish speaker
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to lift fifty pounds or more, consistently and safely
• Reliable transportation to the Bolingbrook site, ready to start on time every day
• A strong work ethic and the drive to move fast without cutting corners

Schedule & Flexibility

This is a full time, Monday through Friday role built for people who want steady work, not a short term assignment. Shifts run from seven thirty in the morning until four thirty in the afternoon. Overtime shows up often during the week, and Saturday shifts come into play when the warehouse needs the extra coverage.

Compensation

Starting pay is eighteen dollars an hour, with frequent overtime opportunities for those who want to earn more.

You will be on your feet in an active warehouse, moving freight in and out of trailers and containers all shift long. Expect a fast pace, real physical work, and a team that moves together and looks out for each other.
