Job Summary

The Warehouse Leads will coordinate inbound shipments, manage order picking and staging, support inventory accuracy, and provide daily direction to warehouse team members.

What Youll Do
Lead daily receiving operations, including unloading, inspecting, labeling, staging, and storing incoming products.
Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documentation.
Identify, document, and help resolve damaged product, shortages, and inventory discrepancies.
Review daily pull reports and prioritize customer orders based on delivery schedules.
Assign work and provide daily direction, training, and support to warehouse team members.
Pick, verify, and stage customer orders accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits.
Coordinate with Warehouse Management, Logistics, Receiving, and Asset Management teams to maintain efficient warehouse flow.
Monitor productivity, reinforce quality standards, and promote accountability across the team.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving, picking, and staging areas.
Follow all company safety policies and perform additional warehouse duties as needed.
What Were Looking For
At least 2 years of warehouse experience in receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, inventory control, or a related role.
Prior warehouse lead, supervisor, or team-lead experience preferred.
Experience with receiving, picking, packing, staging, or inventory processes.
Forklift experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to order and inventory accuracy.
Ability to prioritize work and lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory software preferred.
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials.
Reliable attendance and a consistent work history.
Competitive pay: $19.00$21.00 per hour
