    • Lead daily receiving & shipping employee resources and workflow.
    • Ensure incoming products are received, inspected, stored, and transacted 
    • Ensure all products have locations and are in proper warehouse locations. 
    • Obtain and maintain required shipping and compliance training, including Class 9 dangerous goods training for shipping batteries.
    • Transact incoming and outgoing customer returns 
    • Follow customer specific shipping procedures and use customer shipping system portals. 
    • Resolve receiving, inventory, and logistics issues. 
    • Document daily receipts and shipments
