    Schedule: Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am

    Compensation: $24.75 per hour + $2 per hour shift differential, paid quarterly if all requirements are met

    Essential Functions Statement(s)

     Assists Supervisor in coordinating workflow, recommending work assignments.
    • Reviews orders, shipping or receiving notices to determine work sequences.
    • Assigns job function to Team Members according to shipping and receiving schedules and
    operational demands.
    • Assigns work and monitors productivity to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy,
    housekeeping, product damage minimization, safety and overall efficiency.
    • Conducts team talks or start-up meetings in conjunction with Supervisors.
    • Plans assignments, coordinates and monitors operations within the warehouse to ensure
    on-time deliveries are achieved, reducing irregularities and damage.
    • Resolves issues that arise when orders are being picked, loaded or inbounded.
    • Ensures safety in work processes and Team Member performance by supporting company
    and/or facility safety programs, by educating Team Members, and by ensuring a generally
    safe work environment.
    • Communicates policies, safety regulations and SOPs to Team Members; follows-up to
    ensure compliance and consistency; assists in corrective action as necessary and
    documents the issue and actions taken.
    • Ensures that facility is maintained clean and in an orderly fashion.
    • Ensures that product damage is kept to a minimum.
    • Coaches and counsels Team Members regarding job performance, methods of performing
    job tasks and safety.
    • Investigates operational errors to determine the cause and recommend corrective action
    where needed.
    • Confers with management personnel to establish and maintain inventory accuracy and
    quality control standards.
    • Informs Supervisor of all operating issues and problems and makes recommendations for
    corrective action to ensure quality warehouse operations and customer service.

    • Drives vehicles or operates machines or equipment to complete work assignments or to
    assist workers.
    • Confers with management, supervisors and Team Members to gain knowledge of work
    situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures,
    regulations, business initiatives and technologies.
    • Conducts group and/or one-on-one training sessions, as needed, on topics such as
    company culture and expectations, job functions and safety guidelines.
    • Makes suggestions on improving work procedures, building efficiency, customer service
    levels, work conditions, quality of product and minimizing expenses.
    • Reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.
    • Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned or needed

    SKILLS & ABILITIES
    • Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
    • Experience: One (1) year related experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment
    preferred.
    • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills; SAP knowledge.
    • Certificates & Licenses: Forklift Certification preferred.
