    Description

    The primary function of an Assembly Lead is to visually inspect built product; tag and scan built product to a finished goods location and train new assemblers. This position reports to the Assembly Manager/Assembly Supervisor.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Tag and scan built product to a finished goods location
    • Train new builders
    • Visually inspect all built product for general defects
    • Acquire replacement parts for damaged pieces
    • Gather information for builders production rate
    • Classify built product as Finished Goods, Clearance, Special Inspection, Trash
    • May assist Manager/Supervisor in creating Assembly Reports

    Required Qualifications

    • Solid knowledge and competence on WMS scanner gun
    • 2-3 years of assembly experience
    • Ability to identify product
    • Good verbal and listening skills
    • Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
    • WMS working knowledge

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Assembly experience

    Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:

    Starting at $24+ an hour (based on experience)
