Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and coordinate team activities.
- Lead and support warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Coordinate e-commerce order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Monitor workflow and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with resolving discrepancies.
- Enforce warehouse safety procedures and operational standards.
- Communicate with management regarding daily production, staffing, and operational needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisor preferred.
- E-commerce warehouse experience required.
- Experience working in a 3PL warehouse environment preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish desired.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead warehouse associates in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes preferred.
