Warehouse Lead- 1st & 2nd shift- M-F$21.00 - $25.00/hourLocation: New Albany, OHDepartment: Material ControlJoin our team as an Warehouse/Material Control Lead and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently! You'll lead activity on the shipping/receiving docks, pre-weigh compounding and production floor, and direct the activities of shift employees to support the proprieties of the Material Control Department.What You'll Be Doing:
Perform reviews and reconcile SAP transactions and reportsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in SAPIdentify, develop and deliver training on SOPs and Work InstructionsOperates powered industrial equipment (PIT) in accordance with established safety procedures, completes daily checklists and notifies the proper individuals of needed repairs.
Secures and maintains all necessary safety equipment and follows established safety procedures.
Supports shipping and receiving by staging material, and loading and unloading trucks.
Supports production by picking and staging components for production, and processing finished goods into inventory.
Recommending process improvements for inventory managementMaintaining clean and compliant work areas per GMP and safety standards
What We Need from You:
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating powered industrial equipment in a warehouse/manufacturing environmentSAP experiencePrevious leadership experience strongly preferredStrong attention to detail, communication skills, and a positive mindset
