What You'll Do as a Warehouse Lead:- Lead and supervise daily shipping, receiving, order picking, packaging, and inventory activities
- Train, coach, and motivate warehouse associates while reinforcing established policies and procedures
- Review, prioritize, and organize outgoing orders to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Assist with inventory control, safety programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with warehouse management and other departments to resolve operational and personnel-related issues
- Lead by example by loading and unloading trucks and providing hands-on support during peak periods as needed
- Maintain an organized, safe work environment and support 5S standards throughout the warehouse
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Lead Role:- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience required
- Previous lead, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified; experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred
